The only reason we do projects is to help achieve business goals and project prioritization is HOW we align projects to those goals. In terms of PMO IMPACT, project prioritization is right up there…  There is a lot of material on the internet that talks about prioritization, but much of it gives advice that is simply not supported by the research on the topic, so in this masterclass, we’ll look at what the research says about strategic alignment and project prioritization. We’ll cover some tips on how to actually do it well.
